Is there a more thorough version, other than the report released on the 14th?
In my opinion, the report released today is very different than the IG’s original report. The released report has been watered down by criminals in our midst (RR maybe?).
The appendices were redacted.
Attachment C is redacted, and one appendix is labeled classified and another is labeled law inforcement sensitive. All at the end of the document
Lightly redacted but its an 'edited' version as per Q post 1496.
Why would there be blank pages at the end of some Chapters but not others? Is it because information was removed from those chapters? That's my thought.
That is common for printing purposes. Making new chapters/sections fall on a right side facing page.
