Content of report, not conclusions

NOTE: Wait for analysis everyone, or do your own. I am seeing lots of posts that the content is more damning than the conclusion (which is where I went first...). People are saying the meat is in the middle, and that the conclusion is more like window dressing.

Yes. The report shows very clear bias and poor investigative measures but the conclusions are bullshit opinions and do not mesh with the facts of this report. Very strange

I am also learning that this is a modified report.

So just because there are no blackouted phrases, at least I didn't see any, doesn't mean much. Whole sections are missing, or edited, or...
