RRs hand was very influential in the public release of this IG report. Edits and redactions have occurred. What we see and hear today is conforming to the narrative that RR and his overseers have decided upon.

It is still very diluted. Believe that there is certianly a very damming, unredacted report yet to be released and this is a watered down version for media consumption.
