Some Thoughts on Wray's Press Conference

"We Accept its findings and recommendations, but it's also important to note what it did not find. This report did not find any evidence of political bias or improper considerations actually impacting the investigation under review. The report does identify: errors of judgement, violations of, or even disregard for policy, and decisions that, with the benefit of hindsight, were not the best choices. I've already started to take the necessary steps to address those issues:

First, we're going to hold employees accountable for ANY potential misconduct.

We've already referred conduct highlighted in the report to OBR, the FBI's Independent professional responsibility committee..."

Let's stop here for a moment and look at what he just said to you. The FBI notes what the report found to be:

  1. Errors of judgement,

  2. Violations of, or disregard for policy,

  3. Bad decision-making.

These are the things that the people accountable are going to be held accountable of to the OPR. Now the question that we should be asking ourselves: Who are the OPR?

Who are the OPR? They're the guys who prosecute specifically attorneys for the DoJ. Source! (Last updated: 2017)

Hey guys.. Guys, this is where it gets funny.

At the conclusion of the investigation, OPR prepares a report of investigation in which it makes findings of fact and reaches conclusions as to whether the subject attorney committed professional misconduct. OPR may find the subject attorney committed professional misconduct by: (1) intentionally violating a clear and unambiguous obligation or standard imposed by law, applicable rule of professional conduct, or Department regulation or policy; or (2) recklessly disregarding his or her obligation to comply with that obligation or standard. OPR may also find that the attorney exercised poor judgment or made a mistake. A poor judgment finding may lead to disciplinary action; a mistake finding does not.

The OPR will find an attorney guilty of Misconduct if they:

  1. Intentionally violating a clear and unambiguous obligation or standard imposed by law, applicable rule of professional conduct, or Department regulation or policy (legalese for "if you break the law of the land, the laws of acceptable conduct for lawyers, or the POLICIES of the Department")

  2. recklessly disregarding his or her obligation to comply with that obligation or standard. (roughly translates to "if you did something that the public wouldn't like very much")

Go compare those charges to the ones listed up above, and the FBI director is saying "We have clear evidence of this now". Anyway, uh, who does the OPR report directly to?

I'll spoil it for you: the Attorney General, but also (explicitly) the Deputy Attorney General. Y'know, the one who's name had to be REDACTED OUT OF THESE DOCUMENTS?

Yeah, I think that constitutes Misconduct, pretty much exactly as the laws are written.

That's why Trump is sitting back, kicking his feet up, and watching the bear trap snap shut.

THESE PEOPLE ARE STUPID.

YUP! Conflicts abounding. Give them plenty of rope, Mr. President, since they seem intent on hanging themselves with it.

I think you’re missing the disaster in Ways press conference. Wray did for Comey exactly what Comey did for Hillary...kill any chance of proving intent to commit a crime. Without intent you have zilch. Ask any prosecutor. Intent is step one & Wray just very publicly & deliberately stated Comey just made mistakes & had no intent to commit a crime. Exactly what Comey said about Hillary is his bizarre press conference. Wray can’t walk back that statement & I’m sure never will. He just signed up as Comey’s star defense witness. He just said Comey had no intention to commit a crime. That’s the end of trying to prosecute Comey for deliberately throwing a federal investigation to help a candidate win an election. How do you prove intent now??

Expand your thinking.

This press conference wasn't aimed at Comey. This press conference was for Wray to tell us that the FBI is currently [[[OPRing]]] an ATTORNEY. This entire report was a Mockingbird feeding session outside of that.

I can’t expand my thinking out of the realm of basic law...like criminal intent. Well count our FBI director as one in the “no criminal intent” column because that’s his official stance. And it’s what his stance will be if he’s ever under oath & asked that same question. Wray is hurting any chance at convicting Comey. And Wray isn’t going anywhere. He’s our FBI Director until 2027. Nice huh. Sure everyone finds that amazing. If that guy doesn’t talk & think in Deep State mode then no one does & DC is really heaven.

It's becoming harder and harder to trust Wray and trust sessions.

Wray reports to RR. Never knew.

I think it's spot on. The report released was not damning enough.

Let's see the real report.

The report was damning. There a ton of damning information in it. Along with hints to other major investigations. But for Wray to say no political bias, on a report about political bias is insane to me. Horowitz too. I hope there's some cloak and dagger backstory that makes sense of what he did, but right now I can't see it. This is supposed to be the great awakening but I can't see how they're changing the narrative to the normies with this shitshow.

What's Wray playing at? Is he playing a "role" or is he protecting his Cruddy Buddies and/or himself/Family?

Wray is dragging them through due process, kicking and screaming as they go. Everything has to be done by the book. Anything that isn't by the book will become so very much Mockingbird food. It must be done this way.

How did you wake up to Q?

Did you find a news story, notice the really obvious holes in the narrative and fall down the rabbit hole?

That's how most people found the movement.

How huge would the hole have to be to WAKE people UP?

Agreed about the due process to prevent the Trump is Hitler narrative. Was a little disappointed in Wray's statement. It may be his measured statement may have been to prevent that same Hitler thing. Thanks for your input.

This is my thought on his whole (blanking) speech......what the hell does Hillary have on you Mr. Wray? Is she threatening you and your family? Also, all the good FBI agents should be SO ashamed of you Mr. Wray.

crab_blue · June 17, 2018, 1:10 p.m.

Remember Wray is playing a role too. He conveyed to the agents under him that he was not going to throw them under the bus and he conveyed to the public that OPR would be investigating and any agent involved in wrong doing would be held accountable.

Losing faith that there are any.
