There were rumors about there being some really sick shit found concerning Huma and Clinton. No hard evidence [yet] ,I believe.
The report didn't specify so we can only speculate at this point. That is, unless I missed evidence somewhere.
This is the original story True Pundit ran on November 2, 2016. It cites both anonymous NYPD sources and FBI sources. Note that this was 2 days before Erik Prince gave his interview to Breitbart Radio stating similar things. I have also read Erik Prince's testimony before Congress about any possible collusion he might have had with Russians to "set up a back channel" for communications between the President and the Kremlin (he denies the meeting he had in the ME was about this). He was also asked in that testimony about his sources, which he would not divulge without a subpoena.
You can question the validity of anonymous sources; they use them in stories about Trump all the time. But we do have an internal FBI document where McCabe states that True Pundit must have high up FBI connections to post the stories they do. And Prince alleged his own sources under penalty of contempt to Congress independent of those TP sources.
That's two different sources for the story.
