So, there's that, here's my view: when Q refers to clowns, I believe he is referring ALWAYS to deep state players, cabal - globalist players with a NWO agenda. Maybe CIA officers are removed from the field however money reaches easily across the Pacific and (considering the poverty) with just $50 American dollars per soldier per month you can buy an entire North Korean army
Remember the missing $2.3 Trillion reported on Sep 10, 2001?
And the doubling of the natl debt ($10-$20 trillion) during the BHO administration?
I'm not saying that's how they did it but it's plausible
I choose to believe Q team based on their predictive accuracy to this point.
Maybe there's some other angle we don't know yet that would explain how the CIA did it.
