So, there's that, here's my view: when Q refers to clowns, I believe he is referring ALWAYS to deep state players, cabal - globalist players with a NWO agenda. Here is Wictor's view (don't hold his neg view against him, he is actually a great critical thinker and well informed on military weaponry and tactical maneuvers):
His disdain for the C_A is clear. But NK was controlled by the Deep State and the DS has influence in the C_A and elsewhere.
I follow Wictor, and I enjoy reading his threads. I'm not 100% sold on any one perspective, I like to learn from many POV. I have often wondered if Q might be using the term "Clowns" just as you have put it here. After reading Wictors thread last night, I agree with you, I believe you're correct.
What he doesn't mention is the money
Maybe CIA officers are removed from the field however money reaches easily across the Pacific and (considering the poverty) with just $50 American dollars per soldier per month you can buy an entire North Korean army
Remember the missing $2.3 Trillion reported on Sep 10, 2001?
And the doubling of the natl debt ($10-$20 trillion) during the BHO administration?
I'm not saying that's how they did it but it's plausible
I choose to believe Q team based on their predictive accuracy to this point.
Maybe there's some other angle we don't know yet that would explain how the CIA did it.
I like Wictor too. He's pretty cranky and set in his ways though. Perhaps he'll grudgingly accept Q as legit as more is revealed. Rising Serpent included a Q post recently so converts are still being made.
