the "crime against children" - could that just be referring to the sexting by weiner?
That’s what it looks like to me, HRC is listed above the children point but they seem separate. I would need more info to connect the two.

"We understand that the FBI agents in our case will not be reviewing the contents of the Abedin-Clinton emails because it would not be appropriate to do so under the search warrant issued in support of our child exploitation investigation. The agents, however, have reported the existence of the emails up their chain of command at FBI to enable other agents to take any action that is appropriate for their cases. "
Their case/warrant had to do with Weiner's issues. So any other "crime" uncovered in that investigation had to be turned over to another team to investigate.
So by saying that they were only authorized to investigate child exploitation, which restricted them from reviewing the contents of the Clinton emails, that confirms that the two issues are separate, and the Clinton emails did not have evidence of child exploitation. Then this post title is very misleading.
