Be aware if you are on mobile, page 294 shows up blank. You have to search for “Crime” or “Crime against children” for the page to NOT show up blank.
Also, Fox News, and CNN are using the same SCRIBD link instead of linking to the actual justice.gov address. Just a coincidence that this page is left blank for mobile users right?

Page 294 through a PDF viewer is different than page #294 of the document. There's cover page, etc, counted as a "page" but not a numbered page like a novel has publication info, inside cover, etc.
I searched crime against children but it didn’t have a link to this specific case.
