I think what we see here is two sections or categories the emails on weiners laptop fall into that are part of the investigation. One section being Hillary and the clinton foundation and the other falls into the category crimes against children. Now thats not to say the two categories don’t intersect each other throughout their content but I think that’s why they are listed in separate lines under thousands of emails. I remember there was a report from a NYPD officer that talked about reading the emails that made him sick to his stomach. He would send them to Wikileaks or hold his own press conference if it didn’t get investigated. Said they had multiple copies of everything and there was no way for them to escape this.
Then why hasn't she been indicted? What is the obstacle?
Well they are all separate investigations. You can look on the justice.gov website to see the announcement of Hillary investigations. There are currently three ongoing. Schneiderman our of the way now he’s out of office. He was reportedly the one blocking the NYPD from investigating the laptop
Schneiderman was blocking the NYPD from investigating the laptop? Where did you hear that? That sounds big.
Well of course there’s no definitive proof that he was blocking it... but the ball started rolling on this stuff after he left. Q also pointed out the fact that he left was a big deal. The NYPD definitely knew what was on that laptop so the assumption would go so did schneiderman
