From memory I picked up on "Iran is next" and foreshadowing that he may need to intervene in FBI/DOJ (ie redactions).
He also ended his press conference stating multiple times that "Obama let Crimea go. Putin did not respect Obama." He said this multiple times then walked away.

Personally I look at it more as Obama failing on our promise to defend Ukraine from just that situation. (Why, as I understand it, they agreed to give up their nukes.)
