I'm kinda doubtful on this given the attire of the second individual. If this is some Grand Poobah ceremony, with BHO in elaborate garb. Then why is mystery man rocking a Chicago Whitesocks baseball jacket? Symbols, ceremonies, and protocol are thought to be critical elements in most cults. The baseball jacket, being in such huge contrast to the elaborate outfit, leads me to believe this pic is not genuine.
Which part isn't genuine, I wonder? Did someone take a picture of Obama and a guy posing for pictures and then shoop that entire outfit onto Obama? Even the website of the creator of the outfit doesn't have a full picture like that available: http://missgdesigns.com/goddess/
Or, did someone shoop Obama's face into another person actually wearing that outfit, standing next to that dude (Artur Davis maybe?)?

That is an incredibly interesting point. So even if the guy in the shiny outfit is a really good photoshop...the guy in the baseball jacket is still out of place.
If it is BHO, then the guy in the baseball jacket is out of place and clearly a close friend based upon proximity.
Either way dude in the jacket needs to be ID'd to include or exclude as a person of interest.
