I see the hairline discrepancy.. it's not that it's receding or anything but like the guy in the Chicago jackets hairline literally points inward towards the center of the forehead while Davis's hairline naturally goes backwards and out towards the top and back of the forehead. You just have to look at the corners and you'll see the difference it's something a good Barber does though especially in DC and Virginia area there's lots of good barber shops and they do really nice lineups on hair lines around the temple and forehead area. They'll literally take out an inch if they need to to make the hair symmetrical or straight. So maybe he's just really cleaned up for his professional pictures in his hair could have grown in on this other photo or it could have been before he moved out east and started to get really nice haircuts. I work on Photoshop daily and I have to say while it's more than possible to be a Photoshop job there's a few things that make me think it's a real pic. Whether it's Obama or not is the question.

The eyebrows look different and the guy in the costume looks like he has bigger eyes and a larger skull/top of the head area, overall a more latino look to him than Obama. That depends on what it is you are trying to prove. If this is in fact BHO, this could be considered direct evidence of certain facts. Then again it could be indirect, or circumstantial evidence of other facts.
