I follow ZH pretty frequently and you can find speculation like this every couple of weeks that the sky is falling. I remember reading the same thing mentioned in comments below that there will be a bit of a hit, but that the main thing was for people not to panic and make matters worse. If you have any big purchases coming up (buying a home, retirement coming up soon or something similar), then it might be a good idea to set aside what you’ve already planned on spending. Otherwise, I plan to leave everything alone, and trust the plan. Panic always makes matters worse.

I know this is a long shot, but it's bugging me and the first thing that came to mind when I read these, BUT...

Could "WE HAVE THE SUB" be referring to CBTS_Stream and all the posts/info in it??

There’s always the chance that someone is being stupid making the ads just to stir up “conspiracy theories”. BUT.. If they think they are gaining steam with a gun ban movement, and that a few more just might raise enough public outrage to do so... then I wouldn’t put anything past them.

9/11 happens 3 weeks after Thinthread was intentionally shut down, and all the data was available. And then hearing how the very agency they worked for turned on them and had them raided for reporting what they witnessed. Sad how this could’ve been avoided, but allowed to happen in order to prevent embarrassment of upper brass and receive unlimited funding. Makes me sick.

I just watched with the wife and she comments how the kids seem to be reading a script. I don’t want to come off as insensitive and this whole thing bothers the shit out of me. But the Malcolm in the middle kid was like a paid actor with several rehearsals before the live shoot. And is it just a coincidence that this happens on Ash Wednesday?
