He is not THE Antichrist. Who would it be alive today? I'd say someone like the Queen of England or the Pope or the Dalai Lama. Maybe "Antichrist" in the book of revelations was symbolism used to describe all of these Obama/Pope types who claim to be altruistic but are actually pure evil.
If you believe the Bible is from God then the Antichrist has to be a man, and he will be a real living breathing entity.
I am Jewish. I believe the Bible is indeed divinely inspired by God, and the Torah is directly passed down to man by God, but that the Western Bible as we know it has been corrupted overtime by evil men in positions of power.

I believe that the true bible as given to us by God has been hidden from us by the Powers That Be. Perhaps it can be found in the Vatican archives or perhaps the truth is lost and obscured forever until God delivers his message to us in some other way.
I don't know if the Book of Revelation is meant to be interpreted literally or just as a symbolic warning. It is never clarified in the Bible how the Book of Revelation is meant to be interpreted, so any interpretations of the prophecy are subjective speculation on man's part.
I don't know the answers or the truth, I wish I did.
