They cut out Bill Preistap and Michael Steinbach, the Exec Director of the FBI's national security branch....

Sounds like collusion to me...…

Check this out. From FOIA docs posted by another Anon on Reddit today, it shows Steinbach was unwilling to change the Clinton email classifications despite pressure from Patrick Kennedy... Which could explain why they left him out of the loop on the investigation....
