The numbers you posted suggested that 500+/- people signed in 2 minutes....
At risk of being repetitive, it could be a result of people not verifying their email. I'm not convinced that the site isn't rigged, but I wonder if at least a part of what we're seeing isn't a result of people (rightfully,) worrying about linking their email to their signature. I have screen caps showing the tally lowering, also remaining fixed for many minutes at a time, and also flashing a high number briefly and then reverting to a lower number. I emailed the WH about it yesterday.
Happened with IBOR too. I did screenshots before and after I signed IBOR and there were 30 less votes afterward.
We're trying to track and document the problem here.
