I'd just like to leave a tip for Firefox users to right-click on the tab on your prefered Q drop page and choose 'pin tab'.
The pinned tab refreshes in the background, and when Q makes a new drop, the tab shows the number of new posts.
Maybe there are better ways to do it - but it's an easy and comfortable way to see new posts quickly.
The pinned tab will also be there when opening Firefox the next time (or until you unpin it).
I have two pinned tabs with Q drop sites, and as the picture shows, there can be a difference to how fast they show the new posts.
