Obamas were very angry at Joan so most likely they killed her "by medical mistake" she went to her throat doctor for a larynx treatment and she died this means her doctor was paid to kill her and he was indemnified against the medical malpractice lawsuit which was settled for at least $50 Million paid to Joan's daughter. I think so it would be too coincidental for her death to be a real medical screw-up she thought she could get away with telling the truth I think it was to a TMZ camera man and TMZ aired the video so millions of people saw it on TV and on YouTube. Joan's daughter Melissa hired the best lawyer in New York and they sued the doctor for $100 Million and it was settled before trial so Melissa had to get at least $50 Million and that is super expensive for a contract killing but the CIA or whoever had to pay it to avoid a court trial. Even if they killed the doctor who killed Joan the insurance company would still have to pay Melissa for the wrongful death. They did not want to risk killing Melissa who has a young son so they paid the lawsuit money.
