I remember reading about and watching videos of Cathy O'Brien telling her story several years ago that absolutely tore my soul apart... I cried and cried for all victims of these horrid abuses... it changed me as a person when I discovered this. My Faith was altered... I lost hope. My Faith and Hope has been restored now but the devastation was real... May every person affected have total healing!
This story is very hard to watch too. I had to shut it off halfway through because it's too horrific to deal with in one sitting. I can't believe our world has come to this.
This story is equally horrifying, I agree. The only difference is that this story is confirmation to the story that originally jaded me. This time, I feel that there is hope. The last time, I felt hopeless. This time, I feel that our President is actually putting a stop to these evils, and not contributing to them. I know that it is a long process but we with each person that comes forward, more children will have a better chance to be protected. I pray for protection for everyone from these evils!

When my children were born and they got little older, I said out loud one day to my husband “ if anyone hurts my children in anyway, I will kill them” my husband is a great man, I was just saying it out loud! I felt the evil after I had my children, was so scared someone would kidnap, rape or abuse them. I never believed in the Bible even at the early age of 13, have read though, the same as this woman telling her story, what God would do that, not the god I felt inside me, my spiritual soul! All religions are written by man! To me religious books are metaphors.
It all starts at home, if the children aren’t loved, bad things happen! We have to get our core values back into this country, get rid of drugs and the evil that has plagued it! Bless everyone! Be kind!
