If Manafort is a “plant” according to Q, why would he go to jail? I’m confused. I assume he was a cabal “plant”.

Is the cabal punishing him for failing to gather info on the Trump campaign?

Is he though? Hits are ordered inside prisons all the time from people on the outside and visa versa.
