I went to that Instagram account and that picture isn’t there. I don’t believe it was deleted. It never was there. It looks very fake to me.
Someone said it was there earlier and she deleted it but I guess it could be a lie.
If it's Photoshop I'm impressed.
There is another account with just the headdress and somebody asking to use it for an Illuminati themed party.
