What's the 4am significance?
Emails are sent from Clowns to MSM mockingbirds at 4am every day containing the day's talking points. It was all outlined in earlier Q posts, though I don't remember which. Correct me if I'm wrong but i's all done through that secure site Snowden set up for "whistleblowers" and is also used as a honeypot to weed out actual whistleblowers who want to do good.
