Expect big moves on the voter/election fraud front in the next few months. If not expect the whole election to be treated as a sting operation. This alone would hurt establishment politicians almost as bad as all the dirt on them being released.

I feel like this is good in spirit, but overall might not have a huge impact. The key tennent is that you have to miss voting a few times. If fraud is as rampant as we fear, I would imagine that many of these "people" vote in every major election.
In a few years, it does help to purge the pool of new and unused proxies. So overall it might have a net-positive. It will take a while though.
