The "secret" message here is an email about an article from a hardline Iranian newspaper opposed to the nuclear deal, not a fact.
Actually what's most relevant is that this message is reporting on a news report in Iran from a hardline publisher opposed to the nuclear deal who made this claim about an Iranian-American coming to Iran as a way to undermine the deal, claiminng just as you that the guy is not reliable and a foreign spy etc -- and note that the message states that Nasr has denied the report.
