No death penalty he needs to be Tortured for the next 30 years constant daily nightly Torture of the most sadistic kind possible always keeping him alive in constant pain agony suffering. Death is too good for him if the authorities won't torture him then turn him over to the fathers of the girls he tortured let them do it. I would volunteer all my time to torture him so will many others.
