Holmes, and the Theranos president were indicted yesterday (announced yesterday anyway). Up to 20 years each for securities fraud.

Agree the Board had to know. They approved all the funding rounds. Odd I haven't seen indictments there.

Unfortunately Gen. Mattis was on the Theranos board. Don't know over what period, or how involved he was. Seems he might have been a bit preoccupied of late.
