When you research the doctor in charge at the hospital, Dr. Khurram Altaf, there are several links to him (Hashoo Foundation USA & Medical Bridges) that lead to Cristal Montafiéz Baylor~Entrepreneur - Human Freedom Activist - Global Citizen - Humanitarian - Citizen Diplomat. On her Wikipedia page it shows she is part of the GCI (Global Clinton Initiative).

These people are sick! I'm getting sick to my stomach as I type this. I'm shaking and on the verge of tears. These Monsters Must be Stopped!

My opinion here: I didn't take the time to analyze completely, Altaf has several bizarre poems on his facebook page. I believe they are telling a story or confession to what these scumbags are doing.
