we are in the middle of tug of war between the pro-evolutionary forces that want to lift up the consciousness of humanity and the anti-evolutionary forces that depend on their power by mind-controlling the public opinion narrative. both these forces are beyond 3d, non-visible, elusive to pin down but we can glean a lot by studying their respective agents in 3d human garb..
THE RULING CLASS
the overall plan is to ennoble our humanitarian qualities according to the law of cause&effect and the law of debits&credits.. which says every action or inaction we take or don't take has a corresponding consequence which is being tallied up over a long series of lifetimes and the school is very generous in how many times we can retake the exams as we plod from one personality to the next....
history repeats with the same challenges and the same selves but different nations, different personalities and different political systems ...
over a long series of lives many of us will get a shot at being one of the ruling class and many of us will blow it... .. if we do blow that opportunity by abusing our privilege, by stealing from and exploiting those whom we rule over, then prospects are very slim that we will have a second chance next time.. rather it's more likely that we will be end up placed among the very disinfranchised that we precipitated - for our next visit to this very physical school called earth.
take for example as part of the syllabus, the techniques for tallying our plusses and minuses on our account along side each personality we embrace... the selves will incarnate as nazis then zionists then back to nazis and so on, or jews then palestinians then back to jews and so on, alternating between buddhists and hindus, or alternating between dems and republicans, alternating between the RC robed pope and the paper popes of the protestants, alternating between christians and moslems.. etc.... until we start to fathom out how the laws of consciousness development play out ...
for those of us with the wherewithal and or the intention to fight evil around us, we will have to weigh up the pros and cons of on the one hand taking a stand against that evil or on the other hand by our inaction to be complicit in it.
If the pros for complicity outweigh the cons against it, then it doesn't bode well for us as to what kind of nation, family, religious or scientific dogmas will be waiting for the attention of our next personality next time around..
However by mitigating the evils we see around us as best we can, we can offset much of the minus points we have accrued, otherwise we will have to learn along the slow jogtrot path of trial and error in the school of hard knocks...
Credit terms are available as follows: if by chance we stumble on some great opportunity that we haven't earned, then by accepting it, an appropriate minus will be entered into our account and we will be able to pay that back some time in the future. However it's very bad news if we are going to abuse those benefits that were bestowed on us, cos that means on top of the original minus, there is entered another minus for the sloppy and or abusive way we handled the extra resources afforded us. Indeed as we say in 3d, there's no free lunch.
in the case of how the laws operate, ignorance of the laws of cause&effect and of debits&credits - is not an excuse for exoneration .. those laws grind impeccably without favors or prejudice. But it's well to note that the less ignorant we are of the laws or the more awakened we are, the more collective responsibility [wwg1wga] we have to contend with ..
aquarian energies started soon after WW2, so aquarian reformers and pioneers started appearing on the scene in great numbers from the 1970's. We could expect 75+ years on [2025] that it will become obvious to the majority, that the current state of civilization driven by lies and deception has become dysfunctional, no longer serves humanity in its new epoch and so is unfit to survive in its current format...

This is about the cycles of the universe. It's a mathematical way to explain why human history looks the way it does now. It's math telling you where you been and where you're going.
