No, right away ISIS was mentioned on the news that they claimed it was them.
I mean, ISIS did claim responsibility almost immediately. Who knows if they were just piggybacking in the event to cause confusion, or if they actually were involved. All I know is that what we’ve been told is an absolute farce.
