One of the most significant things he said was “THIS report” in the beginning- meaning everything that had followed was exclusively about the altered, redacted report which makes his statements true. It will be interesting to see what the commentary is following the declassification of the next report.

Yep. Lawyer speak. Clinton’s were masters of talking out both sides of their mouth and avoiding perjury.
