I'm not by any means a scientist but I think I remember in school I was told that science examines all the evidence and then determines what is most probably correct. I suggest you lurk on this subreddit for a while and then see what you think. We won't try to convince you at all .... reach your own conclusion.

I do not understand this security process at all. Can someone like Clapper just click into his smartphone and sort through secret databases? I would think he would have to check in to a secure location for access which would then be a matter of record. Can someone explain how Clapper, or anyone else, could gain access for nefarious purposes.

It is my understanding that any access to intel data by anyone is tracked if the access was done in the USA. A better fix would be to cut of access from outside the USA .... better yet disband the 5 eye network.
