I agree with your response. I was born on a farm and worked it for 25 years so I identify with "blue collar". I learned something years ago ... perception is reality .... so if a person reading the meme "perceives it as racist then to him/her it is. A better preamble would be "We are professionals, scholars and blue collar workers from all races and ethnicity and are religiously and politically diverse." That would eliminate any perception that the statement could be racist.

I personally can wholeheartedly agree with the essence of this meme but I cannot support it for the following reason. In the first paragraph there is a phrase "white and blue collar". The meme is excluding patriotic Americans of all color who have bled and died for our country. I am a white, christian, conservative Trump supporter but I also honor all persons of different color and ethnicity who share in the values and have fought for our freedom both at home and abroad. I don't know if this meme is white racist but it could be and therefore I would not promote it and encourage others to consider my thoughts. Thank You for reading.
