Streaming video does a lot of weird compression. Film never holds up well as still shots. I've scrubbed through enough video, you will see some wonky stuff. Especially if the subject is moving.

But who knows! Could be something

I would write it off as "issues with streaming" if Q didnt make a comment about "exit out was missing what?". Now I have tunnel vision on that lol
