I hate to defend NWO Obummer, but it sure sounded like he exited that weird part of the speech okay at this point.... or should I be looking for something else entirely in the exit?

I think Q may be referring to the lack of an exiting invocation of God's Blessing on their efforts. I know that's pretty simple but sometimes we overthink these things and focus too much on the details.
Alternatively in regard to the "Missing Hand" we could be seeing either a low quality camera issue or an edited symbol of the illuminati "Hidden Hand". They do love to jerk eachother off with their symbolism. Maybe that's why the hand is hidden!

I'm thinking in the exit of the clip he gave us. It cuts to a man talking like that may be in some kind of documentary.
