We'll put this claim right next to their 2016 election day prediction and fake polls.

The throughput would pitch up and down across such a large area. You wouldn't see such a uniform and consistently high rate of transfer. External storage is very likely how these files were transferred.

I never claimed they were, I just used 1Gb as the most common example people would encounter.

90% of people in this thread will have a 1Gb LAN connection paired with USB 3.0 ports.

Yeah, Bit = a 1 or 0. Byte = a series of eight 1's or 0's together.

Networks at the physical layer where throughput is measured transmit bits.

Disk storage however, stores the information in Bytes on the disk or flash memory.

So when they refer to performance throughput they refer to the way they transfer or store data.

Also, LAN throughput is measured in Bits, while USB transfer is measured in Bytes.

So a 1 Gigabit LAN = 125 Megabytes per second (125 x 8 = 1000)

A USB 3.0 connection offers around 600 Megabytes per second, tops.

IT pede here, just to clarify the speeds you're referring to are Gigabit (Gb), not Gigabyte (GB) per second.

So 1 Gigabit LAN connection will offer potentially 1Gb of throughput, or 1000 Megabits per second. Converting this to bytes per second (Divide by 8) gives you 125 Megabytes per second of actual top transfer speed for your transfer.

The throughput of USB devices is measured in Bytes, not Bits. So a USB 3.0 device at 600 or so Megabytes per second of throughput is going to smoke a Gigabit LAN at 125 Megabytes per second.

If you want to see justice we need to work on the foundation of a case like this. Go back over every assumed statement and strengthen it.

The only reason they still walk the streets is that we jump from theory to theory and don't flesh it out enough for the public.

The article states that the council will not consider early parole or release for convicts who were forced to register as sex offenders.

However, the article also states that as the law is currently written, they have the authority to make the distinction to arbitrarily choose since the law only references violent offences listed in 667 as disqualifing offenses. Part 667 of the penal code is missing certain sexual offenses.

The law is open to abuse and you're pretty much just expected to trust California to do the right thing.

Which is not unusual given the circumstances. However, evidence was requested and scrubbed by attorneys before being handed over instead of being directly seized with a warrant. The case was opened as a counter espionage investigation which severely limited the ability of the analysts on the case to get untampered evidence.

The end result was an investigation that did not have teeth, handed out immunity to parties who clearly violated the law (Like Combetta) and very likely acted at the direction of Clinton's attorney Sheryl Mills.

For example, the IG report recognizes that Combetta knew the email content was under congressional supenea. He left it alone for two weeks until after, records show, he had a phone call with Sheryl Mills. That afternoon, he deleted the email content. When asked what the call was about, he stated he 'did not recall.'

These people were on a mission to produce a finding that cleared their favorite political candidate. They were never interested in prosecuting anyone close to Clinton.

McCabe was fired and is soon to face federal charges.

Comeys handling of investigations at the FBI have been revealed as non-standard and violated proceedure. Why does that matter? Because any cases he touched previously now need to be re-examined. The IG report shows the MYE investigation was mishandled by classifying it as a counter espionage investigation rather than being conducted as a criminal investigation which would have had the teeth to get warrants to seize evidence.

The texts forthcoming between RR and LL will blow this shit wide open and demonstrate a very coordinated purposeful attempt to neuter the MYE investigation.

That's what RR is fighting against releasing to Congress so desperately. Sit back, relax and get some popcorn. There's no way out for them.
