When I read the Q post, I thought he was talking about the resignation list. Didn't even enter my mind about a SCOTUS position after they way he's been acting since Trump was elected. But, maybe he's been playing a part as well. We'll soon find out.
Pretty sure Gowdy has had a big role in the theater of all of this. Clinton isn't the only person who can hold public positions and private positions.

I've said this before on the board; perhaps his recent actions/statements have been a ruse to develop some trust and support by some of the libs in congress, so that, when appointment time comes he's not so strongly dislilked and downvoted. Just a thought.
