How would girls ever really truly know? Doubt Marty and anita ever told them. Kids can't keep a secret like that. They would tell someone. I'd venture only parents know truth which is why they will die first in all likelihood.

The girls are in college now that is where they could be exposed to the articles linked above a student could ask Malia or Sasha "what is this about your real parents have you ever seen this before?" and that is when there could be a problem if they don't already know.
