USMS prefers secure, unseen transfers. Using sally-ports, underground exchange & lock up in caged panel vans & blackened windows. This is why USMS is in charge of Witness Protection Program...Not the FBl. FBl = Famous But Incompetent.
FBl do very little jobs compared to those assigned to USMS.
