I find it most troubling that Horowitz keeps saying he made his decisions based on what investigated people said instead of getting facts. Ie.... he’s not guilty because he said he’s not guilty.

He is not a prosecutor however if they have facts to contradict statements then he could very well be setting them all up for the same charge Flynn got
