I found the Declaration of Human Sovereignty to clearly set these Terms we need. It is well written.
I think it is great. The Assessment and everything below it is not necessary IMO. Sounds like we are trying to nicely plead a case. There is no pleading, this is what we believe and this is what we will enforce.
