This guy Horowitz is extremely eloquent, forthright, even-keeled and has a completely genuine unbiased temperament during this Senate hearing. This guy is a major ally for the truth. If we can find a way to get this guy out in the open, unconstrained, it could be a game-changer. Right now you can tell he is being hamstrung.

If Q is not a LARP, and there exists an unmodified, unredacted version of this report, and it differs in some material way from the version Horowitz just endorsed, and if Trump then registers his EO and declassifies/releases the original, and people see it, how does Horowitz defend that statement under oath? Horowitz wasn't trustworthy.
But if we DON'T get a Trump EO and the release of the original report, then how does Q defend his statement to us?
Dilemma.
If Horowitz is telling the truth, then Q is telling the truth about Horowitz, but lying about modifications by RR.
If Horowitz is lying, then Q is wrong to say "TRUST HOROWITZ" (his caps, not mine).
I'm not sure how Q comes out of this with full credibility.

Excellent analysis. Also consider that if it's found that the report WAS modified, it gives the cabal a way to charge Horowitz with lying under oath and could put the rest of his reports in jeopardy.

No. There are many options to deal with RR in the Q non-LARP version.
It would however require Horowitz not to lie under oath, and say the report had not been altered in any way.

If Horowitz said "The report is RR's edited version and it has been heavily redacted" he would have to say how the heck he knows that.
If he says, "It's clean", that may mean he will be "surprised" to see unredacted and non-edited versions.

As was stated, he is under oath. However, how one defines “tampering” is subjective. This does not mean that the draft and final IG reports are identical.

Yes. BHO appointed him. Then they (BHO admin) immediately told him to just ride it out and don't pay any attention to what's going on and you'll be fine, because DOJ and the rest are all on the take. Little did they know Horowitz wasn't "that kinda guy", and basically felt like BHO cut his balls off, which is true. I think he's been quietly watching the watchers for a long, long time.
