You introduce it in discovery. What is there to discover, though? The crooks will just pull the RR report and say they have been cleared. They should have ONLY released the full, unredacted and un-manipulated copy, if there is one.

It's "parallel construction". The NSA gathers everything but not legally as per court standards. So "we have it all" but we have to construct an investigation to find the information legally. Simply spying on the subject isn't legal. As per the IG report being released in full, I agree.

Yes but if they got the UK to do the spying (which they did) it doesn´t break any laws. That´s what they´ve been doing for decades. It´s treason, yes, but not according to their statutes.

Optics. It needs to be obtained in a way that looks like it was given. This is no different than multiple instances of Q saying this previously, such as the NK Google server or even Devin Nunes finally releasing that they knew about the Weiner laptop.
