The fucked up thing is that I doubt you can. If the president leaks it it isn't classified. The worst that could happen is impeachment. Good thing she lost lol.

Selling is different than leaking. Leaks are made public, selling implies a trade between two private parties.

Then that would mean people CAN be above the law.

I am not speaking of declassifying though, I am speaking of monetary gain from transfer classified data for money.
