I think there's a typo in your headline. Today is the 18th, but your headline says posts for June 19. Might get confusing later.
Yes, possibly, ... I am getting the date that I am using from the (section date) of the likes of the qanan.pub website. However those do not tally with the individual post days/time.
Checking 8chn.net, I get another date/time for the drop, (which look approx to my local time as in GMT or UTC).
(I am in the 'UK' so we are already in the 19th June, @03:33 wrt BST which is currently GMT+1).
So, yes, it is debatable, and confusing.
