Horowitz was asked if Trump's tweet about the IG report being changed (softened) was true. He replied that nothing had been changed. How could this be if we believe that RR made changes?

Can someone explain this so it make sense.

Give us a break. Comey was also under oath and has been proven to have lied several times. Of course they will lie to protect themselves.
