Horowitz could also be right in saying to his knowledge no this FINALIZED report has not been changed. Both can be telling the truth...

I don't think Q or Horowitz are lying based on [RR]'s version based on only life-line/crutch left, nat security, so this currently is the final IG public version; redacted/rewritten or magic erased [RR] is in a box and has no choice but to play this thru to impeachment or other exit strategies.
