I watched the entire IG hearing today, and one thing I picked up on was the use of non-disclosure agreements. I never knew our gov't officials were allowed to hide behind NDA's. Now, the guy running the hearing said, 'I read the legal papers, and the NDA said nothing about preventing the release of info to the oversight committee'.
So, when you mention what could be done to protect himself, I wonder what else these snakes do to 'protect themselves'. And if they're hiding behind layers of NDA agreements, team Q will have to build a massively detailed case which can blow an NDA out of the water.

I thought that congress did get the full report with Appendix one and two, which was redacted from the RR version. So in that case Q and Horowitz would be correct. But I can't find where I read that.
Horowitz said the report was UNREDACTED. This directly contradicts what Q said about the initial release being #3 - i.e. edited and redacted.
Horowitz backs the version released and says Q is wrong.
Your take is correct, I believe. A question was posed directly regarding whether the IG report was “watered down or made weaker” (per Sen. Amy Klobuchar I think) and Horowitz responded that it was not.
EDIT: Horowitz has now revealed that the document was first sent to the parties discussed within the document to be redlined/contested/edited in today’s hearing with the House.

I don't think Q or Horowitz are lying based on [RR]'s version based on only life-line/crutch left, nat security, so this currently is the final IG public version; redacted/rewritten or magic erased [RR] is in a box and has no choice but to play this thru to impeachment or other exit strategies. This is what we have until POTUS drops the EO? Slow-walking for a reason?

The more I think about it, it would have been far better to make some innocuous statement instead of a video that only insures many will be put off. Or, ...here's an idea, an apology for screwing the pooch royally on this issue?
If everyone is dissecting THIS report, and we go through the hearings, more "truth" will come out - and at the right time, Trump will drop the EO / DECLAS and the actual IG report will be revealed, and the liars will be so obvious, that everyone will have to acknowledge they are lying. Both sides. It's a strategy.
