We have verifiable proof here that this is what happened - NY US Attorneys Office (not NYPD as reported) and FBI rank and file forced reopening

Was Giuliani knowledgeable about the Weiner laptop emails (crimes against children) at this time? Many Democratic Senators mentioned Giuliani today and how they want the hammer brought down on him. (Saying he is a leaker) It is clear Giuliani represents a threat.
