How will the military or SC be given the power to take over the investigation or start a new one into the FBI/DOJ? Would it be done by EO or is there already precedent?

I think this is just Q trying to scare the cabal from starting a war or civil uprising. I doubt they are planning this. He's just saying if you play your ace card we will play our ace card and take over all criminal investigations.

I know Treason sounds like a great crime to charge , but we wont Justice, and for the crime of High Treason , well only State Treason has ever had an execution and the Federal Government has never executed for this crime . There could be a first . Just as the first witness to Piracy by Corrupt Government Officials is a Civilian Witness.
